We are a mobile detailing service, so we travel to your location (home, workplace, etc.) for your convenience.

What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve Reno, Sparks, NV and nearby communities.

Detailing & Process

What is included in the interior detailing?

Our interior detailing covers cleaning and sanitizing the upholstery, carpets, leather surfaces, plastics, and trim. We use steam cleaning, spot treatments, and condition materials to restore appearance and hygiene.

What is included in the exterior detailing?

Exterior detailing consists of washing, decontamination, clay bar or surface prep, polishing, wax or sealant application, tire and wheel cleaning, and protecting trim surfaces.

What is “polishing,” and when is it needed?

Polishing is a process that removes light scratches, swirl marks, and surface imperfections in your paint. It helps restore gloss and clarity before applying protection like wax or sealant.

Do you offer protection services (sealants, coatings)?

Yes — after cleaning and polishing, we apply protective treatments to preserve the finish, increase durability, and help resist contaminants.

Can you detail boats and RVs too?

Yes, we offer detailing services for boats and RVs to clean and protect their surfaces, just like we do for cars.

Pricing & Estimates

How much does the detailing cost?

Pricing depends on vehicle condition, size, type of service, and level of detailing requested. We provide estimates based on a consultation or inspection.

Do you charge extra for heavily soiled vehicles or stain removal?

Yes. If a vehicle has heavy dirt, stains, pet hair, severe odors, or requires deep cleaning beyond standard service, extra fees may apply.

Do you require a deposit or full payment upfront?

Our typical policy is to require payment at the time of service completion. You can adjust this if a deposit is required.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept common payment methods such as cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.

Logistics & Preparation

What do I need to do before you arrive?

Please make sure the vehicle is accessible, clear out personal items, and move vehicles or obstacles preventing access if possible. If indoors, ensure adequate ventilation or space for working.

How long does a detailing session take?

It depends on the service level and vehicle condition. A full interior and exterior detail may take 3–6 hours, whereas lighter services may take 1–2 hours.

Will you work in bad weather (rain, snow)?

We plan around weather conditions. For exterior-only services, we may need to reschedule in heavy rain or adverse weather. Interior work may be more flexible, but safety and quality are priorities

What if I’m not satisfied with the results?

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you notice an area you believe was missed or unsatisfactorily done, contact us promptly, and we’ll remedy it.

Care & Maintenance

How often should I detail my vehicle?

For regular maintenance, we recommend full detailing every 3–6 months, or more often if your vehicle sees heavy use or harsh conditions.

How long will the protective treatments last?

The durability of wax, sealant, or coatings depends on driving conditions, weather, and care. Typically, a quality sealant may last a few months, whereas high-end coatings may last 6–12+ months with proper maintenance.
